The domain and site become fully yours, free and clear. From there, hosting, renewals, and any future changes are on you — or you can hire me separately if you’d rather not deal with it.
Choose this if you want no ongoing bill.
We register ordinary, available domains through Namecheap — typically around $11.99 per year. We do not buy premium or marketplace domains with inflated prices.

Once your site’s live, anything beyond what’s covered in your plan — new pages, redesigns, content changes if you’re on the buyout — is billed separately at $50 per hour ($50 minimum), quoted before I start.
